Registration will open in February. Date: February 18th at 7AM.
TO PREPARE FOR REGISTRATION:
1. create an account a head of time, if you are new to Lotus Lake, at app.campdoc.com/register/lotuslake
2. Make sure that you have a copy of your camper’s immunization record from the doctor if you are new or have updated info. A current tetanus shot is mandatory. Covid vax is recommended
3. Understand that if your camper is going into 4th grade they have a choice of being in a group with 3rd graders (green) or in a group with 5th graders (orange) Check with friends to make sure you are signing up for the same group.
We are enouraging online registration. If for some reason you are unable to do that, please call Beth @ 802-793-1225 and she will help.

Ways to Pay:
- Pay via paper check: this will avoid convenience fees. Please send to 50 Bosworth Rd Berlin, VT 05602. Important: if paying by paper check, please make sure to put PAYBYCHECK in the coupon box when registering. DO NOT pay by credit card or echeck if you haven’t set your account up that way. If paying deposit by paper check, it needs to be received 5 days from registering. We will hold the place for 5 days, then we will go to the next person registered if we are full.
- Pay online via credit card or echeck: Convenience fees will be applied. Make sure that you have checked off that form of payment.
- Balances due: Sessions 1 and 2: April 20th Sessions 3 and 4: May 20th
Remember: your registration will not be confirmed until we have completed registration, completed health profile, and deposit. You will receive a confirmation email directly from Beth unless you ask for it to be sent via USPS.
